Daniel O’Brien heads up Aucoot having taken the reins of the company in May 2024. As a property professional with over two decades of experience, Daniel’s career has seen him expertly negotiate sales in every corner of London, and engage his passion for well-designed homes of all styles and ages.

Prior to Aucoot, Daniel worked for Hamptons for over 17 years, during which time he was promoted to Regional Sales Director, overseeing the agency’s north, south, and east London offices. In 2020 he was also appointed Head of Urban Spaces, where he oversaw a period of rapid commercial expansion. He has been the recipient of The Sunday Times Estate Agent of the Year award twice.

Over the course of his career, Daniel has seen first-hand the transformative and uplifting effect a home can have on its owners, and at Aucoot he works tirelessly to ensure both buyers and sellers alike receive service that matches the quality of the homes we represent.

Dario is excited to bring over a decade of experience to his role as Head of Sales at Aucoot. Prior to joining the team, he headed up a department in Islington and Hackney for a well-known agency and oversaw a cluster of offices at one of north London’s largest independent family-run agencies.

With an enthusiasm for well-designed spaces, he has cultivated a large social media community showcasing some of London’s most inspiring homes. Having personally renovated several homes with the help of close friends who are architects and interior designers, Dario is well-equipped to guide clients through every facet of their journey, marrying his experience in property sales with an intimate understanding of design.

Whilst Dario heads up the sales team at Aucoot, his roots across north and east London give him the local knowledge and expertise to oversee these regions.

Jack brings over a decade of experience in the design-led property world, with a career shaped by a belief that homes with character deserve thoughtful, intelligent representation. His work is grounded in long-term relationships, careful judgement and an instinctive understanding of how people connect with the homes they live in.

Prior to joining Aucoot, Jack spent ten years at The Modern House, where he progressed from sales negotiator to manager and, most recently, department head. During that time, he was closely involved in representing some of the UK’s most distinctive homes, advising clients through complex decisions and developing a reputation for calm, commercially astute guidance built on trust.

As Head of South East London at Aucoot, Jack leads sales across the region with a strategic, hands-on approach to pricing, positioning and buyer demand. Living in Brockley with his family, he brings a lived-in understanding of the area, working closely with homeowners, architects and buyers to guide each sale from first conversation through to completion, and applying a measured, design-literate sensibility to South East London’s most considered homes.

Leanne brings over a decade of senior-level experience across administration, operations, and sales. She began her career in 2015 as an Office Administrator with Hamptons, quickly progressing through the real estate sector. After just two years, she was promoted to Regional Administrator, playing a pivotal role in the success of the North and East London region.

Working closely with Daniel for eight years, Leanne helped transform the region into the most profitable in the company’s history. Her responsibilities spanned administration, strategy, operations, and team leadership, earning her a reputation for delivering results and driving high-performing teams.

In 2023, Leanne joined AIG as Executive Assistant to the Global Head of HR, further broadening her expertise within Human Resources. Today, Leanne has successfully expanded into sales, where she excels at building relationships, understanding clients’ needs, and delivering exceptional service. Combining her passion for design with her natural ability to connect with people, she has developed a strong reputation for creating opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and consistently achieving outstanding results.

Will is the Head of South West London, bringing twenty five years of experience across both the country and London property markets.

Prior to Aucoot, he was a director at Hamptons for over 16 years, where he successfully ran and oversaw a number of offices in south-west London. His deep appreciation for architecturally designed properties and heritage buildings make him the perfect fit for the design-led homes we champion.

Living in Clapham with his family, Will has developed strong ties to many of the neighbourhoods in the area including Battersea and Wandsworth. His genuine love for south-west London underpins the deep local knowledge he brings to leading our sales across the region.

A lifelong passion for interiors, fueled by Instagram, magazines and a love for all things Conran, led her to transition into the world of architecture and design by joining the editorial teams at The Modern House and Inigo. 

In her role at Aucoot, Hannah oversees our editorial content across the content calendar, social channels, newsletters and journal. With a genuine passion for the design community, she curates in-person events, interviews industry insiders and oversees our brand partnerships.

Her work is rooted in celebrating the people behind the spaces we inhabit, from architects and interior designers to the craftspeople and brands that enrich our homes and, in turn, our everyday lives.
