One of the most exciting events in the design calendar, the London Design Festival, sees the city come alive with events celebrating the best in design. It is brimming with interesting, compelling work and is a chance for designers in all their guises to showcase their talent. Timed to coincide with the festival, In the Neighbourhood was a unique pop-up exhibition curated by Louisa Grey and Morgwn Rimel, showcasing the best of local, national and international designers, artists and makers. Louisa, design consultant and interior stylist, showed us around her concept home, Grey House – a calming space evoking a warm sense of home. Louisa’s studio, House of Grey, specialises in design consultancy and styling for residential or commercial interiors,  as well as design production and event design. Their focus is on creating nurturing environments that promote well-being, and this was clearly evident in the beautiful, quiet space she had created in North London. Louisa will soon be moving to permanent studio space where you’ll be able to access more of her work directly. In the meantime, you can follow her @houseofgrey
