Information
Full Details
The exterior of the home features traditional sash windows painted in a deep navy hue, offset by the robust red and London stock brick façade. Entry to the home is via a Victorian mosaic tiled path, taking in the exceptional stained glass front door. Inside, original features have been retained and celebrated, including corbels and walnut floorboards, which run underfoot. The reception rooms have a beautiful pair of matching marble fireplaces, which bespoke bookshelves taking up the corner of the dining room. The kitchen sits at the rear of the plan, with traditional checkerboard tiles underfoot and shaker style units.
On the first floor, there are three spacious bedrooms and a family bathroom. The bathroom features a slipper, freestanding bath and classic white tiling. One of two principle bedrooms is found at the front of the plan, decorated in a dusty pink hue, with a marble fireplace flanked by original tiling. There is also a bespoke wardrobe running along the wall, providing plenty of storage space.
The top floor is given over to a further bedroom, which has an en-suite shower room, along with a dressing space. Overlooking the south-facing garden, this room is filled with natural light, as well as double juliette doors.
The garden is an established space filled with evergreens and lawn. It also has a separate tanked wine cellar, found under a wooden hatch via concrete steps.
